I had an emergency leak into my house caused by ice damage. I had literally hundreds of gallons of water leaking into the house. This had never happened before and it was an emergency. John showed up quickly and assesed the situation. He was then able to get a crew of 3 workers to promptly go to work on the top roof in the bitter cold. After about 4 hours, the immediate problem was addressed and the leaking slowed. After some hours later, it then stopped. The damage to the interior of the house could have been much worse if the leak continued and we were not able to contain the damage. We now will work on the completion of the repair work as soon as the weather allows. John is clearly a professional.
