We were never happy with the windows that the builder put in and have had many issues with them over the years. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and worked through our questions pointing out issues with different types of construction and providing a good education. The install team was knowledgeable with removing the old windows and working with the products that were being put in. They communicated well both with us and each other during the install and made sure that every thing was checked twice for completeness. The install team made sure that all areas of the house that were going to see work were protected with drop cloths and they maintained a clean work site throughout the installation. Final cleanup was done in all areas and in some cases, left the area cleaner than when they started. Installation of all 14 windows and 2 sliding doors was completed in one day. We are vey happy with the products install (SL-5 windows and doors), we have noticed an immediate effect in the reduction of both drafts and thermal transfer as the temperature has re-dropped with the latest arctic blast. As an added benefit, we have also noticed a big reduction of noise; we live on the flight path for Dulles and haven’t noticed a plane since they went in a week ago. We would definitely recommend them.
