Because my husband suffers from many allergies within our home, I recently contacted URFresh and spoke with Customer Service in regards to the Fresh Start process. I received a thorough explanation of how the process works and what steps to take before the Technician arrived at my home. The Technician arrived promptly at our scheduled time. During the process, I was able to return to work. Once completed, I met the Technician at my front door and entered my home to a very "fresh" environment. But the real results were measured when my husband came into our home and said he could breathe better than he could ever remember. The process was able to remove all of the hidden toxic mold in our home and in the air ducts. And, unexpectantly and happily, I am able to say that my husband is not currently using any inhalers for his allergies nor does he snore during the night anymore. I would definitely recommend the URFresh process to anyone who has allergies.
