We were really pleased with the excellent customer service provided to us. My radiator was leaking and I was told by them that I needed a new radiator and I told them to go ahead and replace it but I had work the same day. I was told by Kumar who by the way is one of the best employees for Big Tires Co that it will be ready in 3 hours before I go to work and when I called him just before 3 hours he said it was ready to pick up with a brand new radiator and a cap with the coolant added in it too. He also went above and beyond when I told him that I didn't have a ride to get back home because I wanted to go home and get myself ready to go to work and he asked his dad to drop me off at home. I was really impressed with their customer service and excellent service that they gave to my van very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is having any kind of automobile problems. Thank you so much Kumar.
