on my first visit I had team Crystal. I was very impressed with the cleaning. They did forget to clean the wood banister but team Autumn pick it up the second week. I was a little disappointed with team Autumn in that the corners in the bathroom sick counters were still dirty as well as the ledged. Some of the items on the self were also forgotten. When I pay this kind of money I feel when I have to go back and finish dusting items (small items on shelf) and well as clean the corners on counters is a little disheartening. But overall I appreciate what they do.
