Couldn't ask for better service and response to my problem (freezer quit working). Technician (Larry Garner) answered my call immediately and responded the same morning. Repaired my freezer/refrigerator in short time. Charge for service call and repair very fair and reasonable. Will call him the next time an appliance repair is needed.
