I called and actually talked to Larry the owner on a Sunday about my frig/freezer not cooling. When he came the next day, he immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part and fixed it on the spot and everything has been working like a champ since (my frig was purchased in 1997 too!). I thought his repair charge was fair and I highly recommend this business for fast and reasonable service.
