I appreciated the honesty of Abel Appliance Repair. They couldn't fix the dryer because of its age so I am not holding them accountable for that. And I felt the communication could have been better. They also showed up late but I am glad they have evening appointments because I work late. However, I felt they gave me an honest assessment of the dryer and I appreciated that.
