I have been using Claro Pool Service for about 7 years on a twice per week basis. In addition, I used Claro to completely redo my pool and spa, including all new pool equipment. All the Claro personnel have been eager to provide quality service. Whenever I have experienced a problem with my equipment, Claro personnel have taken prompt action to fix the equipment on a timely basis. They have called in factory technicians to assist in repairs when that was necessary.

My prior pool service vendor was often difficult to reach, but with Claro's extended office hours and available emergency service, I have been able to get repair service when an unexpected problem arose.
