Our technician was very professional and courteous and went right to work with correcting our problem with a broken spring. He completed the job and then suggested that we think about changing the rollers as they were wearing thin. So those were changed out with brand new ones. We have always been pleased with O'Brien and their service. We have referred them to our neighbors in the past and will certainly continue our relationship with them.
