Courteous customer service rep on initial call to set up appointment. Service was for same day while other services cannot acommodate. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving. Technician was prompt and professional. Customer Service rep called me to report the problem and what had been done to fix (since I was not at appointment location). Only con is price can be a bit better, but taking into account it was same day service and no wait for parts, the price seemed fair. Have used before this instance and will use again in future if I need same day service.
