The serviceman was very courteous. I related brief history of problem, and what I had done previously to correct other problems. He pulled the door up and down, manually, a few times. As soon as he saw what was happening, he told me what he was going to do to correct the problem. I agreed, and he went right to work. In a very short time, he had the door working properly and quietly.
