The spring on my garage door broke, I called O'Briens and they were there within an hour. The technician was knowledgeable, very fast, and recommended without "pushing". He also noticed the sticker placed underneath the opener button which automatically gives 20% off! It has been years since we've had to call (another shout out to their service) and I had totally forgotten about it! There is also a Lifetime Service that is transferable once you sell your house!
