The two men from O'Brien's came on time, identified the problem and fixed it in short order at a reasonable price. My only (minor) comment was that they appeared less than professional (beat-up looking truck; worked very quickly as if in a hurry to get to the next job; young-male curtness, etc.). The woman who answered the phone was also not very professional, but they got the job done, and that was most important thing.
