I had an unusual request that required them to travel 60 miles round trip to retrieve my item for shipping to Canada. Lori and the folks at Navis went above and beyond to accommodate, -happily. In addition the transaction was extremely easy on my end. I won't forget to mention their integrity. Lori took the time to explain my shipping options and due to my unusual request, consulted me about the fairness of the charge (which by the way was more than fair). Its so nice to find a company who cares about customer service now a days, and I'll add they were efficient and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
