I called Doctor Carpet and found they were incredibly helpful over the phone. Setting up an appointment was very quick. They either came out the next day or the following day. The people on the staff were all very professional. I've had a few carpet cleaners before who left some spots and didn't have very good service. With this service, everything looked like it was done by real professionals. There was nothing left behind.
