I wish that I had read some of these reviews prior to booking this place. Please consider spending your money elsewhere. The space in the waiting area is limited. The eating space for the kids is tight. I was told that they have accommodated as many as 65 children. I can't imagine how that would be physically possible. The eating area for the adults is pathetic. I could never see the areas well prior to booking because I could not look in while a party was going on. I spent one week planning and packing favors for the guests of my two boys. Since they are different ages the favors were age appropriate. I gave explicit instructions and even offered to help distribute favors to ensure that the kids got the appropriate favors. I was told that the staff had it all under control. They gave out favors at random Nd lots of kids walked away with Ge inappropriate favors. I called to speak with someone to express my disappointment and had to leave a message during off hours. Neat two months later I am still waiting for a call back. Some of the staff is snotty and on e you are there you realize that they just want your money. It's a shame because overall the kids had fun with the zip line. I recommend maybe just going for open play. Don't book a party. Once you have that experience you will never go back. I know that I won't. Neither will my friends and family.
