I'm a contractor so I hire Roger from Sunshine Hardwood Flooring quite a bit. He's put in and refinished hardwood floors for me for about a year now. He's good, reliable, and very easy to work with. If there's a problem, he makes it right. He actually gave me a bid to do my job, got it done a little faster and even had some extra material left that I wasn't charged for. He's a great guy.
