I had needed hearing aids and when I went to see Dr. Elizabeth at Ascent Audiology, she found that I may not have needed hearing aids. There was a possibility that surgery might be a better route to take. Instead of selling me expensive hearing aids, she said that she would like me to see an ENT specialist. If he felt hearing aids were the road to take, we would go that way. He felt surgery wasn't right at the time so hearing aids would probably be better. I got back to her and I got the hearing aids.

She was very extensive on our first visit. It took a couple of hours and she was checking all the different sounds, high and low, and after I got my hearing aids, I went to see her once or twice a week. Last week, I had a problem so I called her and she had me in right away. She told me that if i ever had a problem, to just call her to see if she can fix it and I did. I came in and it was great. She's very committed and where you need her or have a question.
