We've been using this company for several years, and we're always amazed to walk in and see how new our carpets look-- and they're 10 years old now. I trust Keith's estimation of what the carpet needs, he doesn't automatically say it needs the most expensive treatment. He's very professional, makes sure our cats are safely tucked away before turning on the loud equipment, and he lends us blowers to help dry things out faster. He's up on all the current chemicals and processes and even remembers problem areas from year to year. We'll even turn to him for advice once it's time to replace our carpets, and we know to call him first if ever something disastrous happens. It feels really good knowing we have a carpet expert we can rely on.
