Dave and Michael and Jonathan were very courteous and friendly. They handled my piano with great care and were very competent. I would hire them again if I needed anything moved. Only 2 areas for improvement - they arrived about an hour later than scheduled and didn't have a special wrench, but came up with a substitute solution. Their priced was the most competitive.
