We had trouble with our air conditioning unit. The technician was thorough in troubleshooting and resolving the cause of the malfunction. He not only check the compressor, but he evaluated the entire system. He was couteous in explaining to us the cause of the problem, in laymens terms, and also explained other potential issues with our thermostat as well. Overall the service was outstanding!
