I had the equivalent of a 1 bedroom apartment to move, and some of the items were antique, and very heavy. The movers took the time to ensure the antiques were packed with adequate padding and secured properly in the truck and were kind enough to arrange the furniture for me at my new home. It was a long distance move (2 hour drive to new destination) and all items arrived in good condition. The only complaint I have is there was a miscommunication about the start time, so the movers arrived 2 1/2 hours after I was told they would be there.
