I was scheduled for a 9 am move with this company. The day of the move, They tell me I'm actually in their schedule for 10 am! The movers arrived 30 minutes late, as well. It wouldn't have been a big deal, except that I had pointedly scheduled the freight elevator at my previous building from 9 to 11 am. Once they arrived, however, everything went smoothly.
