Ben was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My heating system is 20 years old and probably needs to be replaced. But I was not pressured into buying a whole new unit. Instead he replaced a few failed parts and educated me on the preventive care I need going forward to maintain my current aging unit. Due to that honesty and service I will definitely hire Hartman again for all future repairs and even a new unit when that day comes!
