I initially contacted Computer Depot and spoke with Todd for advice on building a custom gaming computer for my son. I was so pleased with the knowledge and courtesy he gave me, I had him build one for me and ship it to Arizona. The machine is like a Formula One race car and my kid was delighted! Soon, I was having a problem with my own desktop and Todd helped me resolve it over the phone. I also shipped him a laptop to repair and upgrade and while it took a little longer than I hoped to get it back, it was worth the wait.
