I had horrible dog accident stains on an extremely light-colored carpet and Steven's Chem-Dry got all of them out. I was mandated to use them by my landlord because she had good experiences with them. The guy that came out was very good in informing me about how best to get the stains out. It was very expensive but the stains were bad and had been there for a long time.
