Waxwerks did a remote start and we're having a couple of glitches with the alarm going off once and a while and the actual starter itself underneath the console drops down hitting my foot where I hit the brakes. Other than that, they're very knowledgeable, quick, and when they promised a certain time frame, they held true to it. Overall, we had a great experience. A friend actually recommended them to us.
