I have used Chastain Chem Dry in the past for carpet cleaning and they do a great job. Most recently, I used them for flood damage. They really helped me out when I was in a bind.

Floods can take a long time but Chastain Chem Dry tries to make it as painless as possible. They come out when they say they will and they continually check on everything even though drying takes a long time.

Their staff is very professional, from the people who answer the phone to the nice guys who do the work. I will definitely use them again. They are dependable and their communication is good.
