I have been a customer of Thousand Oaks Automotive for about 12 or 13 years. They have worked on multiple cars for our family and have taken good care of us.

We have continued to use Thousand Oaks Automotive for 2 main reasons: their quality of work and their service mentality. The work is done correctly the first time. In fact, in all the years we have been using them, I find it difficult to recall if I ever had to take a vehicle back because an issue did not get resolved the first time. In terms of their service mentality, they have been very accommodating in emergency situations. They work you in as best they can and really try to take care of their customers.

I recommend Thousand Oaks Automotive because of the very professional work they do and their well-meaning approach to meet or exceed the customer's expectations. They are like a Norman Rockwell painting in that they provide a small-company feel, they know their customers and they work hard for them. You cannot ask for anything more.
