We've been using a competing cleaning company for years but they weren't able to come for several days after our pet had an accident. We tried Sanitary Rug, who was able to send a team member within hours. I don't think our upholstery has ever been cleaner. Roland was so personable and knowledgable, we considered him an artist with our ivory-colored furniture. Our dog adored him and didn't want him to leave. The price was less than half of the competitor's price. We're absolutely blown away and we love supporting a third-generation family-owned Trussville/Birmingham company.
