Ripped Off Merry Christmas!
Was going to get on their Maint. plan. Told I needed to have them do an inspection. System runs fine, BUT, I was told that I needed up to 3 pounds of refrigerant to get the system to 10-12 degrees (sub-cool)? When I said that I was not going to pay $210.00 for refrigerant I was charged $95.00 for the inspection that they required! Merry Christmas to us consumers......
