I have used First Class Tax Relief twice. The first time I went to them was to get help with my tax debt. At first the employee who was helping me didn't seem very cooperative. I like to understand the process and have things explained to me. Once I told him that, we were able to work better and he sort of explained the steps he was going to take. He was able to get my tax debt from $3,000 to $25. Because of that I have returned this year to have them handle my taxes. They are expensive, but because of the amount of money they have saved me I would say that it was worth the price.
