I have death with Rite-Loom-Rafael Magana approximately 4 times with overall four-star results. Rafael is a very good leader in scheduling sub-contractors, and insuring all work is completed in a timely fashion, however, when the sub contractors do not cooperate, problems arise, thereby delaying completion of the project. This situation happen during our last project.
As I explained in my remarks listed above, problems existed with the sub contractor that cause problems in my project. These problems were address by Rafeal, however, my estimated finish time was increased .
