I'm your standard customer in that I believe that I should receive a fair service for a fair price. One area that I do not enjoy is the hassle of haggling or feeling like I'm getting the short end of the stick. I had a very pleasant experience working with Aaron Straight in that I told him what I was looking for and the anticipated budget. He excelled in finding products that matched the features that I wanted, within budget, and didn't try to up-sell me on higher-end appliances or models that were outside what we requested. That doesn't mean that he didn't reference them when we asked about features that didn't exist within our budget.

Overall, I'm very pleased with our purchase and the shopping experience I had at Kelly's. I will gladly recommend anyone to shop there and work with Aaron as well.
