We just purchased a big screen TV then our microwave and range/oven went belly up. Last week our dishwasher stopped working. We "came back" to Kelly's because we had such great service when we purchased all of our appliances when we built our house in 2000. I guess 14 years is pretty good for these original purchases. We had the most pleasant salesmen. Jason, Scott and Tom. We had trouble with our microwave and Scott without skipping a beat, sent out a repairman. It was defective and was immediately replaced. So nice not having to BEG for good service. We are now waiting on our dishwasher to be delivered...can't wait...haven't washed dishes by hand in years. Also, Gary their installer is super. He gets to our house on time, installs in a jiffy and cleans up all and any messes he makes. Can't ask for a better experience. If you are looking for electronics or appliances, this is the place to go to.
