I bought an Amana washer and dryer from Kelly's in October of last year. The sales people were very friendly and respected my request to purchase the items I had previously researched without being hounded by the up-sale.

Shortly after installation, the dryer started making a terrible noise. The Kelly's crew took care of contacting the manufacturer and scheduling a maintenance appointment. It was an easy fix with some peanut packaging stuck somewhere important to the proper functioning of the unit.

I have been impressed throughout my experience and would happily shop with and recommend Kelly's in the future.
