Stonebridge Manor coordinated and hosted our wedding. The venue is beautiful with great overall service. I requested a specific coordinator, but she was not available. The response time with my new coordinator was initially not ideal, but my problems were discussed with management and resolved. Her service was perfect from that point forward, and she went above and beyond the day of the ceremony. We had some minor issues with vendors. Our flower arrangements were beautiful, but they were not what I ordered and I didn't feel that the vendor really listened to my needs. The deejay was awesome but some of our older guests missed our cake cutting because the announcements were not loud enough.
I recommend that any potential customer go to an open house at Stonebridge Manor and get a feel for all the vendors that are available. Take your time choosing the vendors that are right for you and don't feel bad if you choose an outside supplier. Overall, I was very pleased with how Stonebridge Manor handled my wedding.
