We filled out the online form at 10:30PM on Monday night and within a minute we received a call from a dispatcher confirming that we would be getting a repair visit the next morning between 8-11AM the next day. We received a courtesy call as the technician was traveling to our home. The techician thoroughly evaluated our system and fixed the problem. We could not be more pleased.
