The first visit did not correct the problem. The second visit did.
The A/C outage was not corrected during the first visit, probably because I declined the tech's recommendation for the installation of a couple of components to the system. The components were installed during the second visit and the a/c has been operating fine since then. I have always been impressed with the professionalism of your techs.
