First, I apoligize for being late completeing this survey. I have been ill the last 10 days and was not online.
Our condenser outside froze over due to the numerous freezing days we had. Paul came and defrosted the unit and set the date for our annual maintenance. Jason then came to do our yearly maintenance, chainging the filter and the UV light also needed to be replaced. We have a yearly maintenance plan but Jason set us up for our monthly payment to include the filter and UV light replacement. These are two of the nicest young men.
