I have been going to Euro-Fix of Nashville for several years. They do a real nice job, and are honest. I find their prices fair, and really like that they are up front about everything. They will tell you what went wrong, and why they are performing the particular repairs.

Euro-Fix also provide rental cars while the repairs are underway, which is a nice convenience. I simply feel more comfortable with them than any other mechanic in town. There is one other independent Mercedes shop, but I know for a fact that they are dishonest. Euro-Fix provide service that I can trust.
