Had a good transaction overall with all the different parts. What prevented a five star rating is that I wasn't informed there was a better or upgraded version of the padding that was offered for the floor.

Called the company to ask why and was offered the chance to return the padding bought, no hassle at all.......which was good but I was planning on putting down the floor over the weekend. So appreciated them stepping up to the plate but would have been good to know from the start.

Cant leave a 4-1/2 star rating so 4 stars it is.
