I was driving out of my apartment complex when my car stalled. I was towed to Mr. Transmission because they were closest. I told them my car wouldn't start, and they had me sit there for a long time. I had my young son with me. They eventually told me everything was fine, and that there was nothing wrong with my car. They told me it stalled because it was something to do with the weather and something with the battery that needed tightening. But the battery was brand new.

After that they told me I was free to go. As I was driving out of the parking lot, pulling into the center lane of a busy highway, the car stalled. So I was stuck in the middle of a busy highway with my son. I called them back, and a worker had to walk into the street to start my car and bring it back onto their lot.

At that point they told me it was a transmission leak. They also told me a bunch of other things that were wrong with my car. I paid them to fix the leak, but went to another business to fix everything else. A week later a bigger transmission leak opened up. I had to put over $2,000 dollars into the car to fix the work they did.

Don't go to Mr. Transmission. I feel like they don't know what they're doing. I felt the whole time I was there they were selling me on different services. They are business driven, not customer driven. I will say there was an older man working there who was very friendly to my son while we were waiting. But the people working on the car didn't know what they were doing.
