My experience with Mr. Transmission is based around the relationship I have built there with one guy. Lowell is nothing short of excellent. He is very trustworthy and I think the world of him. He's different than a lot of other people in that way. Sometimes he will tell you that you don't need to do something when another mechanic would tell you that you do just to charge more.

I value the trust I have built with Lowell and the relationship I have with him. He has character. I've gone there even for jobs that don't involve my transmission. I have referred a couple of people there: neighbors and others. I've told them that it's nice to know that everything Mr. Transmission does is needed and not just done to jack up the price. Experience and knowledge are important, but trust is everything to me.
