I have been a customer of Carl's Van Rental for the last three or four years, and each time they're courteous and give great service. They know my name, know my preferences, and rent vehicles to me with ease. They are always on time, and always have my vehicles ready and clean. I'm completely satisfied with their service and use them all the time. I also really like the manager Justin. He's very friendly and courteous. Overall, the customer service is the best part.
