I have going to Import Auto Maintenance for about 23 years and have always been happy with their service. They speak in layperson terms and explain what the job entails so that you can understand what is being done to your car. They do not talk above you.

Import Auto has done mainly maintenance and small repair work for me over the years and everything has been excellent. It is not the cheapest service but their work is always done right the first time. I cannot remember ever having to take my car back, which is important, because that is time and money.

I like supporting independent shops like Import Auto Maintenance. They are centrally located and, though I have never used the courtesy van that they provide, it is a nice service to offer. I have always been satisfied with them.
