I've used Excellence on numerous occasions with great success. However, one day he was booked and I got a call from Stainmasters with a cheap special. Stainmasters work was so shoddy and more expensive. I had to call Excellence the next day to come and really clean my carpets. He did a superb job and I will never make the mistake of using another carpet cleaner again.
