My husband and I have had numerous horrible situations occur with this company. We are currently tenants and are horrified at their service and lack of professionalism. I have had the CEO yell at me and claim I has harassing. I have had the President of Operations, Mia, pass along my social security number and other personal information to an unlicensed not-bonded handyman that they were trying to force us to use. When we denied him access to our home due to the jobs we hold, they severed all customer service towards us and have been very rude and are now taking on late fees for no legitimate reasons. Please take our advice and stay far away from this company if you are a tenant.
