I brought my car to IDEAL to check out a metal on metal noise coming from the front right tire. I was told that the issue was the front breaks and that the problem had been fixed. The service was very timely and I was happy to hear that they would be able to fix the problem in one day. The cost of the repair plus an oil change and new windshield wipers was $550, which would have been reasonable if they had actually repaired the problem. Over the next several days after I picked the car up, I began hearing the same noises and they got worse as the week went on. Upon further inspection I noticed that there was in fact metal on metal contact in the tire which had not been fixed. I plan on bringing the car back to IDEAL so they can fix the actual problem I had brought the car in for.
